US small plane crash leaves one dead

The crashing of a small aircraft in Massachusetts, US, has left one person dead and one person injured.

The plane crashed into water near Cranland Airport in the US state of Massachusetts last Friday.

Boston 25 News, the local news in the area, reported that a medical helicopter was seen leaving the scene with one patient, with another airlifted in a seperate chopper.

It has emerged that one of the men has since died from his injuries in hospital.

Scott Landis died from his injuries Saturday morning, with his brother, Patrick in hospital seriously injured.
