TAG Aviation has announced the arrival of Piers Turner as its new European Flight Operations Director, whilst TAG Sales Director, Karl Mills, has now assumed the role of Chief Commercial Officer.
Piers joins TAG from Air CM Global with a wealth of aviation expertise to his name, having 21 years’ experience flying all manner of business jets the world over, along with 15 years’ involvement with flight operations.
Based between Malta and Farnborough, Turner is proud to be joining TAG Aviation, saying: “TAG is well known for setting the highest standards in safety, customer service and training, which align with my views and personal ambition.”
Karl Mills has enjoyed an impressive career at TAG, having joined as a Charter Sales Executive in 2014.
By 2020 he was Director of Sales and responsible for TAG’s UK Charter business as well as the company’s Aircraft Acquisition and Aircraft Management activities.
In taking on the position of Chief Commercial Officer, Mills remarked: “With regard to my own career progression, I have definitely benefited from TAG’s ‘family’ philosophy, which is one of nurture, support and personal development within the company.
