New and appealing full hide embossings showcase the velvet-like suede nap of Townsend Leather’s newest collection, Impressions II Cowhide. The supple and top select Nubuck hides receive hand-tipping effects in tonal and metallic pigments which dazzle each of the six refined colors offered. The embossing enhances the natural grain of this lightly-buffed, sueded premium cowhide and helps to create new looks on leather.
Impressions II Cowhide emphasizes one of Townsend’s greatest capabilities of offering embossed patterns and textures on large European hides (55-60 sf) with no noticeable matchlines. Providing great cutting yield, exceptional softness, and unsurpassed quality control, Impressions II Cowhide is the perfect leather for any upholstery application. The showstopping embossings include three unique patterns, Petals, Apache Blanket, and Poinsettia. Petals is an organically beautiful embossing that enhances the softly-sueded cowhide and brings nature to real life. Apache Blanket is inspired by Native American designs of the past. This popular design showcases and highlights the nuances and flair of its history. Lastly, a modern floral embossing, Poinsettia, displays the energetic tonal and metallic hand-tipping effects that spice up this pattern.
Townsend’s launching this exciting collection as made-to-order leathers, allowing for customization in color, sheen, and contrast. Custom strike-offs for any variation within the collection can be requested and completed at no cost within 10-12 business days. With the launch of Impressions II, Townsend is also promoting their ever-growing instock offerings. More than 250 leathers are available in a wide range of colors, sheens, and patterns for immediate shipment.
