TAG Global Training stated it is delighted to have participated at this year’s ADS Group’s Futures Day which took place on 20th July as part of the Farnborough International Airshow 2018.
The ADS Group’s Futures Day is designed to stimulate and encourage young people between the ages of 11-21 into a career in the dynamic sectors of Aviation and Defence.
Debbie Elliott, Training Manager, TAG Global Training, was invited to be a guest speaker at the Women In Aviation International (WIA) UK networking morning.
Commenting, Debbie said, “The ‘See Her, Be Her’ initiative brought together some of the most diverse roles held by women in aviation to encourage young girls to consider a career within Aviation.
Hearing so many unique and inspiring stories really instils the belief that there is no career which is off limits and champions the women who have paved the way for women in the future.”

“Women continue to be in the minority when it comes to careers in aviation and educating young girls about the opportunities available to them and what they can achieve within the sector is something we will never tire of.”
