Charter flight and aircraft services company TAG Aviation has announced the appointment of Joanne Goodall as Director of Customer Services for the UK.
Goodall will be tasked with the Europe-wide direction and training of the Client Relationship Management (CRM) and Customer Service Representative (CSR) teams, along with managing enhancements and opportunities for future expansion.
“Joanne’s breadth of aviation experience, customer focus and industry knowledge are the perfect fit for this new role,” said Carlos Gomez, Chief Operating Officer and MD, TAG Aviation (UK) Ltd.
“I am confident that with her supervision and expertise we can continue to advance and enhance our European Customer Services operations.”
Prior to taking up her new position, Goodall worked in commercial and cargo-based airlines, beginning in 2007 as a senior account manager and subsequently advancing through an array of executive appointment.
A stint in an FBO/Maintenance Company in Basel, Switzerland, led to her becoming deputy CEO or the organisation, before she joined TAG in 2017 as a client relationship manager.
