Signature Aviation recognized with a prestigious ‘A’ score for its efforts to combat climate change

Further contributions are provided by the Signature Renew program, a comprehensive initiative by Signature Flight Support to obtain net-zero global emissions by 2050. Embracing sustainable aviation fuels as a core pathway towards reducing greenhouse gas emissions, Signature Renew also encompasses electrified ground service equipment, LEED certified new construction, and increasing reliance on solar energy to power FBO locations.

“Signature is approaching the impact of climate change from a multitude of angles” remarked Mark Johnstone, Chief Executive Officer, Signature Aviation plc. “We’re proud to achieve an A rating by CDP, which has been made possible by our continuing campaign to reduce carbon emissions on a companywide scale.”

CDP’s annual environmental survey and scoring process is widely recognized as an authentic indicator of corporate commitments to stemming climate change and working towards a greener future. It utilizes a detailed and independent methodology to rate organizations from A to D+.
