SEA Prime which, with the brand Milano Prime, is the leading business and general aviation airport manager in Italy, announces the sale of its 40% stake in Signature Flight Support Italy (SFS Italy) to the majority shareholder Signature Flight Support (SFS), who now owns 100% of the Company.
Following the commencement of the partnership in 2016, SFS Italy has further developed its network adding other Italian locations to Milano Linate Prime, including the recently inaugurated Milano Prime terminal in Malpensa.
