Phillips 66: Our Response to These Turbulent Times

As the COVID-19 global pandemic continues to impact our world, Phillips 66 Aviation emphasizes that its top priority remains the health and safety of employees and customers.

“We’ve been actively monitoring the situation and are taking proactive steps to prevent or minimize any disruption to our customers.

“Rest assured, Phillips 66 is well positioned to manage through the challenging environment with our high-quality and diversified portfolio. As detailed to our shareholders, we are taking actions to maintain our financial strength. It’s because of those actions and the extensive network of refineries, pipelines and supply terminals, that Phillips 66 Aviation will weather this storm.

“At this time, we have not encountered any issues from COVID-19 that impact our ability to maintain supply. Additionally, we have robust business continuity plans in place to help ensure we’re providing the same level of support and guidance that our customers expect.

Phillips 66 Aviation is currently taking the following actions:

  • We are taking precautions based on the latest advice from the World Health Organization (WHO), Center for Disease Control (CDC), and state and local governments. Therefore, all customer service and sales professionals are working remotely. They still have access to the appropriate systems and tools to serve you.
  • Dispatch is currently working from home and following the appropriate level of the Phillips 66 Pandemic Plan. The dispatch team has access to all company systems, and they’re working closely with supply colleagues and third party carriers to ensure we cover business as needed.
  • Refinery personnel are following the appropriate level of the Phillips 66 Pandemic Plan.
  • All Carriers have been contacted, and several terminals have implemented social distancing plans while they load product.

“Phillips 66 will continue to monitor this situation as it develops and will respond accordingly. Turbulence is often unexpected, and as we continue to navigate the current environment together, we want everybody to stay safe and healthy”.
