For the 2022 AIN FBO Survey outside of the Americas, respondents gave Paragon Network FBOs top marks in the categories of Line Service, Passenger Amenities, Pilot Amenities, Facilities, and Customer Service Representatives (CSRs).
ExecuJet Australia (YSSY) took one of the top honors being ranked as the third-best FBO in all of Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific.
Not surprisingly, ExecuJet Australia (YSSY) also took first place for its quality Line Service and placed fourth in the area of CSRs.
ExecuJet Dubai (OMDB), ExecuJet Brussels (EBBR), Sky Valet Cannes-Mandelieu (LFMD), and Sky Valet Madrid Barajas (LEMD) also made the list as top FBOs.
Each year, AIN asks survey respondents to identify specific FBO employees who consistently go above and beyond in the field of customer service.
Alex Hermoso – Sky Valet (LEPA) was one of nine people to receive accolades for their outstanding performance in their profession.
