AMAC Aerospace is pleased to announce that a Head of State aircraft has entered AMAC’s hangar in Basel, Switzerland. Furthermore, AMAC has been awarded several new maintenance contracts.
[Image 1]: A Bombardier Global 6000 is being prepared for a periodic inspection
AMAC Aerospace has welcomed a Bombardier Challenger 605 by mid-April. The Head of State aircraft will undergo a periodic inspection.
AMAC was awarded further maintenance projects on three Bombardier aircraft. A privately-owned Bombardier Global 6000 arrived by the end of April in Basel. AMAC will complete an aircraft registration change for the owner and carry out a periodic inspection. On a Bombardier Global XRS, AMAC’s skilled technicians will carry out an annual check on the privately-owned aircraft. A privately-owned Bombardier Global 5000 will arrive in May for a 6-month-check. AMAC will also carry out Service Bulletins tasks (SBs).
High demand for annual and month checks
A privately-owned Airbus ACJ319 has recently arrived in Basel to undergo a 6-, 12- and 25-month check. A second privately-owned Airbus ACJ319 will arrive in May for a 6-month check. Another Airbus ACJ319 will enter AMAC’s hangar doors in May. AMAC’s technicians will install a Ka-Band system for a seamless connectivity on board of the privately-owned aircraft.
By end of April, a privately-owned Gulfstream G550 arrived for an annual check. On a second privately-owned Gulfstream G550, AMAC will carry out an extensive 4-, 12-, 24-, 32-, 48- and 96-month check. In conclusion, Airworthiness Directives (Ads) and Service Bulletins tasks (SBs) will be performed.
