MRO Holdings (MROH) has announced the completion of its acquisition of North State Aviation (NSA), an aircraft heavy maintenance facility in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. NSA offers heavy maintenance and modification services on narrowbody aircraft in a six-bay facility. MROH first announced it had executed a letter of intent to purchase NSA in April 2019.
Greg Colgan, MROH CEO, stated, “We are pleased to finalize this partnership and now begin the important process of harmonizing and integrating our operations. We are impressed with the growth that has taken place at NSA since April and look forward to helping the team there continue building upon that success.”
