Jetex awarded 5 starts for customer services at Paris and Dubai FBOs

Jetex has been awarded five-stars at its Paris and Dubai FBOs for providing exceptional experience for customer happiness across all service channels. Jetex is the only private aviation company in the world to be assessed and awarded by the Global Star Rating System for Services.

The Paris and Dubai locations that have been assessed were evaluated on eight aspects which included strategic alignment, customers, services, channels, customer experience, service efficiency and innovation, human resources and technology, against 127 requisites.

Adel Mardini, chief executive officer and president for Jetex, said: “Our primary mission is to contribute to excellence in hospitality, serving the entire aviation industry. We’re so proud to be awarded by The Global Star Rating System and look forward to expanding the assessment throughout our global network.”

The company currently has over 465 employees in over 56 locations around the world but Jetex plans on expanding locations assessed by the rating program this year (2019) to Abidjan, Oman, and Morocco.

Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, vice president and Prime Minister of the UAE and ruler of Dubai, unveiled the official results of The Global Star Rating System for Services, awarding both Jetex Paris—Le Bourget and Jetex Dubai the distinguished five-star award.

Additionally, Jetex has been certified by both Safety 1st and the International Standard for Business Aircraft Handling (IS-BAH) in France and the Middle East, gaining further recognition for its values and proving service and safety are paramount.
