Jetcraft partners with contemporary artist Richard Orlinski

Jahid Fazal-Karim, owner and chairman of the board, Jetcraft, says: “We’re really pleased to announce our collaboration with world-renowned artist Richard Orlinski. Richard and I both share a love for aviation and we didn’t hesitate when the opportunity arose for a joint collaboration. His sculpture is incredibly inspiring to me, encapsulating how we are still taking flight, even during these challenging times.

“Richard works with some of the same caliber of clients as Jetcraft and has an emphasis on providing a unique and exquisite take on all of his collaborations. This partnership underlines how we understand the desires and motivations of our clientele and work with them to provide tailored options to what they need. I look forward to continue working with Richard and devising even more bespoke offerings.”

Richard Orlinksi adds: “Over the past few years my interest in aviation has grown and I began looking into ways that I could incorporate my love for aviation into one of my pieces. I knew I wanted to include one of my favorite sculptures – King Kong – and began working with Jahid to bring this project to life.

“The collaboration gives center stage to the Wild Kong who is lifting the distinctive Global 7500, which pays tribute to the world of cinema and the silver screen classic King Kong. I wanted to explore the contrast between Kong, his primal instinct and showcasing the aircraft as a symbol of the new world and civilized society.”

This unique installation is currently on display at the Jetcraft kiosk at the business aviation terminal in Nice, France.
