Interactive Mobility to launch new business aviation streaming service at EBACE

French start-up Interactive Mobility, which specialises in entertainment solutions for transport operators, has announced its intention to launch its new streaming service Flymingo at EBACE in Geneva.

The service enables flight passengers to connect to a local Cloud via a box to access media content – films, games, media, flight information – directly on their devices.

The wireless in-flight entertainment includes three options: Flymingo Box, a small server which deploys the streaming service; Flymingo Next, an embedded server for connected planes; and Flymingo Connect, with an IFEC portal integrated on an airline’s existing infrastructure.

“The business aviation market continues its expansion and needs digital solutions to provide a high-quality customised offering,” explained Tanguy Morel, Interactive Mobility CEO. “It is an alternative to screens or in-flight connectivity which can represent costly and technical solutions for aircraft manufacturers and fleet operators.”
