Icarus Jet launches US$99 international trip support package for light aircraft

Icarus Jet, a management and private jet charter brokerage firm based in Dallas, with offices in London, Dubai, and Nairobi, has launched a unique international trip support package for light jets starting at US$ 99 per leg.

The company aims to supply the increasing global demand by pilots, owners, and corporate flight departments for comprehensive global flight support services.

The one stop shop package is aimed at aircraft with a maximum takeoff weight (MTOW) of up to 7.000 kilograms and includes flight planning, crew service, flight tracking, ground handling, overflight and landing permits, and guaranteed parking.

Discounted fuel prices, tailored catering, ground transportation and hotel accommodation arrangements are also part of the service upon request.

“Whether you’re operating a one pilot aircraft or managing an entire fleet for a large corporation, cutting costs today is paramount with rising fuel prices”, states Kevin Singh, founder, and president of Icarus Jet.

“Our service makes flying across the pond on a light private jet a safe and financially convenient decision, backed by our international trip support expertise, superior vendor relationships and globally available discounted Jet-A fuel, as Icarus Jet is one of the largest resellers of fuel worldwide.”

Furthermore, the announcement serves as an opportunity to reinforce the operational capabilities of light jets when crossing the Atlantic Ocean.

Most recently, the owner of an Embraer Phenom 300 used the trip support package to fly from Massachusetts to the United Arab Emirates (UAE), with layovers coordinated by the Icarus Jet team at the Azores Islands (Portugal), Palma de Mallorca (Spain), Port Said (Egypt) and Sharjah (UAE).

“Our tailored approach and 24/7 support is only possible thanks to our team of professionals scattered all around the world”, adds Singh.

“While technology is important for operations, it only serves a limited purpose when engaging with a client.

“In this industry, real human relationships that rely on transparency are the only way to create trust between all parties involved in the private jet experience.

“This is embedded in our culture and is the way we do business with existing and new customers.”

During the upcoming months, Icarus Jet will announce a special international trip service package for medium private jets with a MTOW of between 7.001 and 136.000 kilograms, showcasing the commitment of the company to deliver a high quality and cost-effective option for pilots, owners, and aircraft charter business professionals worldwide.
