Gulfstream Aerospace Corp. announced its participation in the 2022 Farnborough International Airshow’s Pioneers of Tomorrow exhibit on Friday, July 22, an event connecting business aviation leaders with local students.

Attendees will have the opportunity to learn about careers in business aviation and participate in hands-on educational activities hosted by Gulfstream employees from the Farnborough and Savannah locations.

“Gulfstream is excited to be part of this event promoting science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics,” said Mark Burns, president, Gulfstream.

“As industry leaders, we have an obligation to foster future engineers, artisans and aviation experts, and each student who visits the exhibit will have the potential to become such a pioneer.

“Our employees are dedicated to supporting our industry’s workforce, and we look forward to the next great generation of aviation leaders.”

Pioneers of Tomorrow will showcase prospective careers in business aviation and the wide variety of disciplines within the field.

Current opportunities at Gulfstream’s Farnborough facility will be highlighted, including licensed inspectors, engineers, technical training coordinators and many others.

At the Gulfstream exhibit, students can participate in hands-on activities and will be provided with information on careers at Gulfstream and specifically at Gulfstream Customer Support’s Farnborough facility.

Gulfstream’s participation in the event dovetails with the company’s educational partnership efforts to expose students to the business aviation industry and develop the future workforce.
