Flight attendants wellbeing supported with new industry-changing collaboration

Emily Webb, Crew Collective Co-Founder, says: “We are honoured to be working with We are Hummingbird tooffer the Flight Attendant community an array of free wellbeing resources to support mental health.

“Our aim is tohelp individuals to recognise and understand that mental wellbeing is just as important as physical wellbeing andmaintaining both is vital to staying fit and healthy.”

Together, We are Hummingbird and The Crew Collective aim to educate Flight Attendants with jargon-free, easy todigest webinars, chats, aviation-specific workbooks and access to courses which will provide essential hints, tipand ideas to support good mental health.

“Thereare so many new challenges within the role such as PPE requirements, hotel isolation and quarantine which cancontribute to feeling stressed and lonely. Our mission is to inspire genuine change within our society and to makewellbeing a priority by providing relevant resources which champion self-care whilst on and off duty.
