The internationally renowned manufacturer of high-end interior for business & private jets, yachts and luxury residences has opened a new site in Westminster/Jefferson County.
The Austrian family-run company’s subsidiary F. LIST COLORADO LLC recently leased industrial space in the City of Westminster, which was strategically chosen for its close proximity to the Rocky Mountain Metropolitan Airport (RMMA), which is home to Pilatus Business Aircraft, one of F/LIST’s largest partners.
The new site will ensure easier coordination with local partners, and fast and efficient realization of highly sophisticated refurbishment and cabin modification projects as well as product support. The new establishment in Westminster also guarantee prompt and precise execution of the extensive range of aircraft aftermarket services for F/LIST’s North American customer base.
For F/LIST, the new site is a great chance to push ahead with the expansion and strengthening of its U.S. presence.

The project will initially create an estimated 10 high-pay jobs and bring over $500,000 in capital investment to the county. A potential phase-II expansion could bring over 50 HQ’s jobs to Jefferson County within the next couple of years. The company expects to begin fully operations in Westminster in January 2020.
Jeffco EDC, in partnership with Westminster and OEDIT, has been working with F/LIST for over two years on the expansion project.
In addition to all aircraft-related services, the F/LIST staff are prepared to handle residential interior projects as well. In cooperation with many noteworthy designers and architects, F/LIST plans and manufactures customers’ most exceptional wishes for mansions, apartments and offices, managing and coordinating all necessary subcontractors for turnkey luxury residences.
