Robert Clare, Universal Avionics (UA) Director of Business Aviation Aftermarket Sales, announces that Mr. Don Milum has been appointed to the position of U.S. Senior Sales Manager. Don is based in Kansas City, Missouri U.S. and in his new role, will oversee the UA Sales team as well as the Authorized Dealer and Integrator Network in the U.S.
Don joined the UA Sales team in 2019 as the Regional Sales Manager for Midwestern U.S. He is a U.S. Army Veteran and has over 25 years of experience in the aviation industry. Prior to UA, Don held various positions at Honeywell, Textron, and StandardAero. Don has served on many top Avionics Manufacturer’s Advisory Boards, is the current Nominations Advisor for the National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) Maintenance Committee, and has also served on the Board of Directors for the Aircraft Electronics Association (AEA).
“Don has demonstrated dedicated leadership skills during his tenure as UA Regional Sales Manager,” said Robert Clare.
“His extensive background in avionics will be a valuable asset to the UA Sales team as we commit to bringing a greater focus to the business aviation aftermarket,” he added.
