Dassault to provide special event support for Falcon operators in Davos

Dassault Aviation’s global product support organisation is offering a full selection of services to assist Falcon operators at major worldwide business, cultural and sporting events in 2019.

This year’s list of special event support activities takes place from 22 to 25 January, at the world economic forum in Davos, Switzerland, bringing together CEOs and other leading political, business and cultural personalities from around the world.

Jean Kayanakis, senior vice president of worldwide Falcon customer service & service centre network, said: “Davos generates an exceptionally large influx of business aircraft into the Zurich region. We want to ensure that Falcon operators attending such global events have access to the fastest, most comprehensive and highest quality onsite support available.”

Dassault has made a comprehensive range of resources available for Falcon customers during special global events. In addition to routine troubleshooting services provided by the 24/7 global Falcon command centre, offering technical team assistance, offsite GoTeam dispatch, and the Falcon response portfolio of Aircraft on Ground Services (AOG).

Falcon Response is the only AOG service equipped with dedicated aircraft, especially designed to speed spare parts, tools and technicians to remote sites, providing alternative lift when needed to get passengers to their destination on time.

To serve Falcon crews that attend the Davos event, Dassault has reinforced its support teams at Zurich International Airport and St Gallen-Altenrhein Airport. Leaving additional resources from Falcon authorized service centres available in the area and elsewhere in the Falcon support organization—including Dassault’s global network of Falcon spares warehouses.

Last year (2018), Dassault’s special event support also covered Davos, the quadrennial FIFA Soccer World Cup in Russia and the Winter Olympic Games in PyeongChang, South Korea.
