Constant Aviation’s commitment extends beyond Women’s History Month

Constant Aviation, joined Women in Aviation International (WAI) in advancing women in aviation careers and renewed its commitment to supporting WAI’s work.

As the nation’s leading provider of quality maintenance, repair, overhaul (MRO) and aircraft-on-ground (AOG) services, the company is well-positioned to execute on the goals of Women in Aviation International, helping women to enter and build successful careers in aviation as it continues to build its workforce.

“Supporting each other, learning from each other, and fostering the next generation in aviation is crucial to the advancement of women being represented in the aviation industry,” said Roxy Vaughn, Constant Aviation’s Event Coordinator and a WAI member, who just recently attended the 33rd Annual International WAI Conference.

“It was very rewarding to see our recruitment team connect with so many women at the conference and help them navigate their dream of pursuing a career in aviation.”
