According to Argus’s monthly TRAQPak flight activity report, activity rebounded from a slump a couple of months ago at a modest rate in July.
A review of flight activity in July demonstrated that flight activity in the month increased by 0.9%, with large jet aircraft leading the way in increased flight activity.
Flights on weekend increased by 2.6% over the same month last year in 2017; weekday flights increased by 0.4%.
Argus anticipates that this modest increase in activity will characterise next month’s report too, with the report estimated that August will see a 0.9% year-over-year increase in flight activity.
