Air Culinaire Worldwide announced today the launch of their lifestyle menu concept for their 19 owned-and-operated in-flight catering kitchens in the United States.
This new menu concept has been available at their three European locations and focuses on the client’s approach to dining through their culinary lifestyle and mood.
“The Lifestyle menu is an innovative approach in the aviation catering space. We’re introducing nutraceuticals, superfoods and today’s top trends into our in-flight signature dish selections for our clients,” said Steven Roberts, Senior Vice President, Global Operations.
“We’re featuring the dishes that our world-class chefs have designed specifically for in-flight dining that will redefine the standards of in-flight cuisine.”
