Aero-Dienst Appoints André Ebach as CEO

As of December 1, 2022, André Ebach has joined Viktor Peters as Aero-Dienst CEO.

Peters explains: “This strengthening of our management team continues our long-term growth strategy. It means that we will be able to develop our business areas in an even more targeted way in the future.”

Since embarking on his professional career in 2006, André Ebach has held various management positions in aviation, including business aviation.

Together with his team, he spent the past five years steadily expanding Aero-Dienst’s maintenance division in his role as the company’s authorized signatory, Head of Maintenance and Member of the Executive Board.

A new maintenance site was opened in Oberpfaffenhofen in addition to the expansions of the Klagenfurt and Graz locations, as well as the Landsberg component shop.

After graduating with a degree in aerospace engineering, Mr. Ebach began his career with Lufthansa Technik, where he provided support to customers in the US, Australia and selected European regions as Key Account Manager and Customer Support Engineer.

During this time he continued his studies alongside his professional tasks, graduating in 2011 as a Bachelor of Business Administration with a special focus on company management and sales & marketing.

In 2012, Mr. Ebach joined RUAG Aviation, starting in the role of Manager Sales & Customer Support.

He made several career steps from then until 2015, after which he was entrusted with leadership of the entire business jet division with over 130 employees at the Oberpfaffenhofen location. He held this position until he began working with Aero-Dienst.

“Our continued aim is to maintain our position as one of the leading independent European providers of business aviation services,” emphasizes Mr. Ebach.

“At no point in Aero-Dienst’s decades-long history has the company ever been satisfied with just ‘going with the flow.’

“We have continually adapted to changing circumstances and developed innovations to ensure that we can meet the varying requirements and high demands of the business aviation field.

“What we do is complex, but we manage to present it to our customers in the form of services with a high customer orientation.

“This is the basis of the long-term success of our Aircraft Maintenance Division”.
