AerCap Holdings N.V. Announces Pricing of $750 Million Aggregate Principal Amount of Fixed-Rate Reset Junior Subordinated Notes

DUBLIN – AerCap Holdings N.V. (“AerCap” or the “Company”) (NYSE: AER) has announced that it priced its offering of $750 million aggregate principal amount of 5.875% Fixed-Rate Reset Junior Subordinated Notes due 2079 (the “Notes”). The Notes will be fully and unconditionally guaranteed on a junior subordinated basis by certain subsidiaries of the Company. The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the Notes for general corporate purposes.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, BofA Securities, Inc. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC are serving as joint book-running managers for the underwritten public offering.

The Company has filed a registration statement (including a prospectus) on Form F-3 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) for the underwritten offering to which this communication relates.
