Air cargo handling conference 2010
Providing quality and retaining margins
Crowne Plaza Brussels Airport Hotel, Belgium
October 22-23, 2009
The second Air Cargo Handling Conference tackles the thorny issues of
succeeding in building both volumes and relationships in challenging market
conditions. With the help of airline and handler speakers we will seek to define
customer airline needs, and endeavor to solve the training conundrum. Then there
are the practical solutions to be found, including ensuring high levels of
security are achieved. The forum will consider how to create handling specialties and, finally, we will seek
to understand the future for air cargo handling.

Air cargo handling conference 2008
Promoting connectivity
Steigenberger Airport Hotel, Frankfurt, Germany
June 9-10, 2008
The inaugural Air Cargo Handling Conference sought to galvanise connectivity and
to seek real solutions to poor communication between handlers and other links in
the air cargo business. The conference brought together airlines, air cargo
handlers, freight forwarders, airports and equipment suppliers who raised
concerns about complex channels of communication, poor benchmarking and the
dearth of training in the air cargo handling industry.
